Shipping policy

Every item is made and shipped directly by the independent US maker who creates it. After you order, your item is prepared and sent by the maker, and you will get a confirmation email with tracking once it is on the way.

Because our pieces come straight from small makers, handling and delivery times vary by product, and handmade or personalized items may take a little longer to prepare. Your tracking will always show where your order is.

If your order includes items from more than one maker, they may arrive in separate packages at no extra shipping cost to you, which just means more than one tracking number.
