Returns & Refunds

 

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back.

 

Items should be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. We'll email you at every step.

 

How to start a return: email justin@airscapeworks.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply within one business day with a return address and instructions.

 

A few exceptions: personalized and custom-made items (engraved or photo pieces) can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. If anything arrives broken, email us a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full - no need to ship it back.

 

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or wasn't what you ordered. In those cases, we'll cover it.
