What is Airscape?

Airscape is a small shop that curates gifts for people who love their home: candles, cozy textiles, kitchen pieces, personalized art, and more. Every item is made by an independent US maker we genuinely like.

Where do the products ship from?

Each item ships directly from the independent US maker who makes it. You are buying from small American businesses, and it also means an order with items from different makers may arrive in more than one package, at no extra shipping cost to you.

How long will my order take?

Once your order ships, you will get a confirmation email with tracking. Because items come straight from their makers, timelines can vary by product. See our Shipping Policy for details, and reach out any time if you need something by a certain date.

Can I return something?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original condition. Personalized and custom-made pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds policy. To start a return, email justin@airscapeworks.com with your order number.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Email a photo to justin@airscapeworks.com within 7 days and we will replace it or refund you in full. No need to ship it back.

Do you offer personalized and custom items?

Yes. Many pieces in our personalized gifts collection are made to order and can be customized at checkout. If you have a gifting question, email us and we will help you choose.
